The unemployment rate for people with Autism is over 30%, which is quite shocking compared to the unemployment rate of the general population of around just 5%.

More often than not, the people we work with have either never been employed, or have been unemployed for a very long time when we first start working with them.

This has a considerable effect on self-confidence and can agitate mental health conditions such as depression and anxiety.
