Workplace Preparation Toolkit

Getting (and keeping) any job takes a similar set of skills. Self-confidence, resume writing, resilience, time management and conflict resolution, to name a few. We know these don’t always come naturally. That’s why we offer support and training.

Our friendly and experienced team are pleased to offer the Self Plus Plus Work Preparation Toolkit to share just these skills. When taken together our courses will help you:

  • Apply practical strategies to build your self-confidence and resilience
  • Communicate better, engage productively with feedback and deal with conflict professionally
  • Better manage your time at work (and in life)
  • Protect yourself from stress, decrease anxiety and embrace the opportunities life provides
  • Improve relationships with employers, colleagues and friends
  • Write a resume that highlights your strengths and makes a good first impression

The Self Plus Plus Work Preparation Toolkit consists of 5 separate courses you can take together or individually as required. Each course takes only 4 easily digested 2-hour long sessions to complete at the Self Plus Plus Learning Hub in Queanbeyan.

Places are limited to 8 per course to ensure the best outcomes for each participant. If you are interested, please visit our website today to secure your booking.
