Finding and Keeping a Job is a plan specific funding item given to eligible NDIS participants who are interested in entering the workforce. Having a job expands social networks, increases financial independence and self-worth. This budget can pay for a support worker to assist you at your job or in helping you to find a job that’s just right for you, including on the job training to assist you to manage the demands of the job. Other options may include life and work coaches, private recruitment specialists, career counsellors and employment mentors.
