Develop the skills you need to lead an independent lifestyle

Are you looking for a job, but don’t know where to start?  Do you want to move into your own home, but have no idea what’s involved?  Do you want to depend less on others so you can lead your own life?

If you answered yes to any of these questions, we might be able to help.  Self++ is a coaching and training service that helps you develop the skills you need to become independent.

We work primarily with people on the Autism Spectrum or who have a mild to moderate intellectual disability over the age of 15. If you don’t fit into this description, feel free to have a chat with us to see if we can help you out.

Our Approach

Self++ takes a holistic approach to helping you achieve your goals.  We like to work in conjunction with other support workers and professionals you’re working with, instead of being siloed away.

This allows us to get to know your strengths and areas you need extra support in, so we can help you develop strategies with the best chance of success.

We are selective about the people we work with.  We only work with people who we can actually help out, have the right attitude and are willing to put in the effort to achieve their goals.
